In 2019 I was brought to Honduras with Hyperion Coffee Co. to learn more about the origin of the coffee that was purchased and roasted by the company. We met with families who had been harvesting and growing coffee plants on the same land for generations. These are the faces and stories of coffee producers in La Union, Honduras.
